Samantha Spagna, Psy.D., LP
Dr. Spagna is a Licensed Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 2023, where she received specialized training in neuropsychological assessment. Following graduation, Dr. Spagna completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at Saible Neuropsychology, LLC in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Dr. Spagna specializes in neuropsychological evaluations for adults experiencing cognitive, neurological, medical, and emotional concerns. She also has expertise in the assessment of adults with possible undiagnosed neurodevelopmental conditions, including Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has a particular interest in women’s cognitive health, including the evaluation of cognitive and emotional changes associated with perimenopause and menopause. She enjoys helping individuals differentiate hormonally related cognitive changes from ADHD, mood disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. Her clinical experience also includes assessment of mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic brain injury, stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
Dr. Spagna’s approach to assessment focuses on helping individuals better understand how cognitive, emotional, medical, and neurologic factors may be affecting their daily functioning. She emphasizes each person’s unique strengths while providing practical, individualized recommendations to support brain health, independence, and quality of life. She values collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and guide informed decision-making regarding treatment, support, and future planning.
